Diagnostics

Diagnostic assessments are used when needed to answer the care question. The outcome can provide insight and help determine which treatment is appropriate.

Support and approach

After registration with a referral, YOEP will make contact within a week. After the intake, a treatment plan is drawn up; support can take place at a location or through outreach services.
