Approach

After the intake meeting, it is decided whether to continue working together. The guidance aims for a safe, open and relaxed working relationship.

Support with burnout

The support begins by building up energy, then focuses on work capacity and the cause of the burnout. At Pulpo Coaching, an average of 10 to 15 sessions over 4 to 6 months is a guideline.
