Nutrition advice and guidance

The dietitians create a nutrition plan tailored to a person’s goals, preferences and life. The guidance focuses on nutrition, lifestyle, behaviour and habits, and can help with losing weight, having more energy, eating more mindfully and managing medical conditions.

Consultations

An initial consultation maps out eating habits, lifestyle, goals and any complaints or conditions. This is followed by a personal plan that includes, among other things, a meal plan, practical tips, food variation lists and recipes. Follow-up consultations last about 30 minutes.

GLI

EetVitaal offers the free BeweegKuur (exercise programme), a recognised two-year lifestyle programme with individual and group guidance.
