Approach

The first consultation consists of an extensive intake followed by a treatment. Questions and pulse and tongue examinations inform a diagnosis and treatment plan; the frequency is discussed and may be weekly at first.

Moxa therapy for breech presentation

For a breech presentation, a course of moxa therapy can be started in consultation with the midwife or gynaecologist. During the consultation, the client learns to apply the therapy together with their partner; they then continue it at home.
