Breathwork

Connected breathing is used to make contact with suppressed emotions, trauma and blocks. Breathwork focuses on greater awareness of the effect of breathing on the body.

Duration and preparation

A session lasts about 90 to 120 minutes, with active breathing and a relaxation phase. Comfortable clothing is recommended beforehand; there is also advice about food, alcohol and coffee.

About Leendert

Leendert van Dommelen says he experienced the power of breathing in early 2022 during a trip through the Sinaïwoestijn. He then trained as a breath coach.
