About the practitioner

Marion Dijkstra is a GZ-psycholoog (Dutch healthcare psychologist), EMDR therapist VEN® and supervisor, psychotrauma therapist, family systems therapist, and IPT supervisor. She worked for 25 years with the Focaal team at Altrecht in specialist mental health care.

Practical information

Appointments last 60 minutes for intake, relationship sessions, and EMDR, and 45 minutes for other appointments. Registration is through the registration form, followed by a brief introductory phone call and placement on the waiting list.

Reimbursement and records

With a referral and a DSM diagnosis made by the practitioner, treatment is fully reimbursed by the health insurer; the reimbursement is subject to the deductible. The practice has contracts with all health insurers except the CZ group. Client records are kept for 20 years, and letters are discussed in advance.
