Registration and approach

Registration requires a referral letter, usually from a GP. First, there is a telephone screening conversation; this is followed by an intake in which the care request and background are discussed.

• The screening conversation can often take place within a week
• The intake is usually scheduled within two weeks
• A free introductory conversation is possible

Reimbursement
