Scepter Cleaning Services

About Scepter Cleaning Services

Scepter Cleaning Services provides cleaning for organisations from Volkel. The company discusses the working environment and requirements, proposes a cleaning solution and works with regular cleaners.

Working method

The collaboration begins with an on-site introductory meeting and an analysis of the cleaning requirements. This is followed by an introduction to the regular cleaner, written agreements and guidance on the first day.

• On-site introductory meeting
• Analysis and proposal
• Meet the regular cleaner(s)
• Agreement setting out arrangements
• Guidance on the first cleaning day
• Periodic quality monitoring

Practical information

The agreement can set out the work, schedule, rates and quality checks. After work starts, Scepter checks the quality periodically and discusses areas for improvement.
