Studio Natuurlijk Pilates is a Pilates studio in Vleuten. The studio offers group classes, online group classes, private and duo classes, Fascialates, and classes during and after pregnancy. It also offers an introductory course and workshops, and studio rooms are available to rent.

Classes

Classes are adapted to the participant’s body and needs. There are mat classes and classes using equipment, including the reformer and chair.

Studio rental

The studios are available to rent for training, workshops, group classes and as treatment or practice space.

Location and method

The studio is on Dorpsstraat in Vleuten and can be reached by car and public transport from places including De Meern, Leidsche Rijn and Utrecht. The classes are based on STOTT Pilates®, Polestar and PEAK, among others.
