Support

Body-oriented psychotherapy can offer support when you feel stuck, during changes, with physical complaints, or when you want to get more out of life. Sessions take place in a personal setting and at the client's pace.

Approach

The support takes the body as its starting point and connects physical signals and experiences with thoughts and feelings. An introductory meeting lasts about an hour; sessions last five quarters of an hour.
