How it works

After registration and receipt of a valid referral letter, an intake appointment follows when space is available. The request for help, symptoms, context, goals and previous support are explored. It is then decided whether psychotherapy is suitable or a referral is needed; a treatment plan is then drawn up together.

Reimbursement and payment

Treatments within basic mental healthcare and specialised mental healthcare are largely covered by basic health insurance. Reimbursement depends in part on the insurer and policy; a referral letter from the GP is required to register.

About Julia Jorna

Julia Jorna has worked in an addiction treatment centre, mental healthcare institutions and general hospitals. Her experience includes inpatient, outpatient and day treatment for a wide range of concerns.

Practical information

Registration is currently paused. Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance; late cancellations or failure to attend will be charged for the reserved time.
