About Xplorestrength & Bokscoaching

Xplorestrength offers training, guidance and therapy focused on physical and mental health. Its services include personal training, kickboxing, therapeutic boxing, PGB support (support funded through a Dutch personal budget) and courses.

Training

Training focuses on strength, fitness, personal goals, lifestyle and sustainable progress. It is suitable for beginners and advanced participants.

Therapy and support

Xplorestrength combines therapeutic boxing and ACT in its support and therapy. PGB support is intended for young people and adults who need support with mental health, behaviour, structure and day-to-day guidance.

Bokstherapie Collectief

The collective is a network of therapists, coaches and care professionals who work with therapeutic boxing and experiential methods. Professionals trained in the Xplorestrength method can join.
