Mindfulness for children

In a personal eight-week training course, children learn to work with relaxation, thoughts and emotions in a calm and playful way.

• Sensing what is going on inside
• Developing more self-confidence

Approach

Every support process starts with the request for help and is tailored to what is needed at that time. There is no fixed programme; after a session, it is decided together whether a follow-up appointment is appropriate.

Practical information

The practice is in Veghel. Children aged 10 and over can attend themselves, with or without a parent; both parents' consent is required.
