De Koekoek is a residential care location in Veenendaal. The Veenendaal meeting centre and the QuaRijn Knowledge and Treatment Centre are on the ground floor, where primary care is provided.

Living and care

Residents live with care and informal support. Living is central; residents decide for themselves how they want to live, and relatives and volunteers can contribute to daily life.

Treatment and therapy

The Knowledge and Treatment Centre provides primary care. If someone cannot come to a location, QuaRijn can visit them at home.

Freedom and safety

QuaRijn aims to give residents room to move around and go outside, with attention to safety and wellbeing. Decisions are made in consultation with residents, relatives, staff and the surrounding community.

Getting there

The location is about 250 metres from the centre of Veenendaal. There is a covered bicycle parking area with charging facilities for e-bikes; parking on site is limited.
