Registration and appointments

Registration is through a referrer, usually the GP. After the application has been reviewed, the client receives an email with an online registration form; an appointment is then made for an intake.

Practical information

The location can be reached by phone on weekdays, in the morning and afternoon. For an urgent request for help outside office hours, the person's own GP can contact regional crisis services.
