Approach

A coaching or therapy programme starts with an intake. Sessions last 60 to 90 minutes and initially usually take place every two to three weeks; the number and pace are tailored to the support needs.

• Coaching: usually 1 to 4 series of 5 sessions
• Therapy: intake of 1 or 2 sessions, then usually 1 to 4 series of 5 sessions
