Foxing Fit is a training provider in Veen offering kickboxing, power yoga, and calisthenics. Training is available for individuals, businesses, and children, at a location or online.

Training

The offering consists of three types of training, each with its own approach to movement and wellbeing.

• Kickboxing Fox
• Power Yoga Fox
• Calisthenics Fox

Personal training

Individual training, duo training, and training in small groups are available. Sessions are tailored to goals and ability; participants choose the location themselves.

Businesses and children

Foxing Fit provides company training and training for children. Company training can include kickboxing, yoga, calisthenics, or a combination.

Online training

The online training is intended to be followed at home, outdoors, or at the gym.

Group classes

Group classes take place outdoors in Wijk en Aalburg. Participation is available from autumn.
