Yoga voorjezelf offers yoga classes in Utrecht and Houten, including yoga for people with Parkinson’s, Hatha yoga on the mat and chair yoga. Yoga classes at your location or an individual training programme are also available.

Classes are offered on different days in Utrecht and Houten. Chair yoga classes are open to everyone; they are intended for people who do not want to or cannot lie on a mat.

RGM

RGM is the Ronnie Gardiner Method, a cognitive training method set to music. Classes are offered when space and time are available.

Who it’s for

There are classes for people with Parkinson’s and chair yoga classes for everyone, young or old. Yoga has also been offered at day activity centres and residential care locations.
