Mediation during separation

The mediator guides discussions, provides information and helps the parties clarify their interests and make agreements. Those agreements can be recorded in a settlement agreement and/or parenting plan.

After the separation

Approach

The process consists of an introductory meeting, intake, drafting documents and finalisation. After meetings, clients receive a report and updated draft documents. In complex cases, experts may be consulted.
