Utrecht Personal Training offers personal and duo training in Utrecht. Sessions take place outdoors, including in Griftpark, and are tailored to the participant’s goals.

Training

Sessions can take place one-to-one, in pairs or in a small group. There are various forms of training, including strength training, interval training and boxing training.

The trainer and participant draw up a plan together based on the goals. Sessions can focus on fitness, muscle building, weight loss or recovery after pregnancy.

Sessions take place in Griftpark. On request, training can also take place in Wilhelminapark, Lepelenburg or at the client’s home, for example.

Practical information

Training equipment is provided. When it rains, there is a tent so the session can continue outdoors and stay dry.
