Practical information

The dog should be brought on a lead and walked beforehand. A puppy familiarisation session is possible once vaccinations are up to date; around four months is the ideal age.

• If the dog has fleas, an extra treatment charge is added to the grooming fee.
• A message can be sent to have the hair around the eyes or the nails trimmed.
