Sporten Voor je Deur offers Buiten Fit and Pilates in Utrecht, the Utrecht region and West Betuwe. Classes take place outdoors in the neighbourhood or indoors, with adjustments to suit participants’ levels.

Classes

With one membership, participants can choose between Buiten Fit and Pilates each week. The exercises are adjusted to suit the participant’s level.

Service area

Classes are held at more than 30 locations in Utrecht, the Utrecht region and West Betuwe. Buiten Fit is outdoors; Pilates is indoors.

• Utrecht: Overvecht, Tuinwijk, Wilhelminapark, Oog in Al, Nieuw Engeland, Tolsteeg, Hoograven, Lunetten, Dichterswijk and Rivierenwijk
• Province of Utrecht: Zeist, Odijk, Houten, Soesterberg and Bunnik
• West Betuwe: Culemborg, Zoelmond, Geldermalsen and Meteren

Memberships

Memberships run for four weeks and can be cancelled with four weeks’ notice. Options include credits, unlimited exercise and individual classes.

• Basic: 40 credits per four weeks
• Flex Unlimited: unlimited Buiten Fit and Pilates
• Punch card: 100 credits, valid for four months
• Single class
• Student membership
• Partner membership

Booking and trial week

Classes can be booked and cancelled through the SVJD app. The free trial week lasts seven days and includes 40 credits.
