Introduction

A first meeting begins by calmly exploring what someone is struggling with, what they need and what might help. This can take place at home or somewhere that feels comfortable and safe.

Systemic work

Individual constellation sessions use placemats representing people or elements in the system. A session lasts about an hour and a half and includes an intake.
