About Ontwikkelmoed - Praktijk voor psychologie en bewustwording

Ontwikkelmoed is a psychology and awareness practice in Utrecht and Zeist. Liesbeth Steenhof supports people with Past Reality Integration (PRI), a method for recognizing and working with protective mechanisms and old behavior patterns.

PRI support

The support focuses on anxiety, low mood, stress, irritation, and procrastination. In a PRI program, clients learn to recognize and address protective mechanisms and gain a tool they can continue using on their own.
