Nu JIJ Centraal is a practice for integrative child and youth therapy in Utrecht. The practice supports children, young people and parents with development, emotions, parenting and behaviour.

For children and young people

The practice supports children aged 4 to 12 and young people aged 12 to 16 with issues including insecurity, fear of failure, aggression, concentration and motivation at school.

Approach

The practice follows the Integrative Child Therapy method and adapts to the child's experience of the world. Techniques used include play, drawing and crafts, psychological conversations and role-play.
