Workplace coaching

The coach gives direct feedback in the workplace, for example during customer conversations or meetings. Group feedback sessions take place in groups of up to four people.

Coaching for individuals

An individual programme starts with an intake meeting and includes five sessions of around one and a half to two hours. The format is tailored to the goals and learning style.
