Lean People is a training and consultancy organisation in Utrecht that helps healthcare organisations improve processes and collaboration. It offers training, interim management and project management.

Lean People works with healthcare professionals on improvements that teams can continue themselves. The training includes examples from healthcare and focuses on direct application.

Certification and accreditation

Lean Six Sigma training courses are accredited by LCS and Cardiff University. The two-day training course Smarter working in general practice is accredited for various professional groups.

Practical information

In-company training can take place at the organisation’s premises. Open courses are held in Utrecht. A place can be held as an option free of charge for 14 days.
