About Je lichaam spreekt

Je lichaam spreekt is a home-based massage therapy practice in Utrecht. The treatments combine massage techniques and other body-focused interventions, tailored to the complaints and care needs.

Massage therapy

The treatments focus on recovery, reducing complaints, body awareness and the body’s ability to self-regulate. Body, mind and emotions are approached as a whole.

• Connective tissue massage
• Cupping
• Holistic pulsing
• Craniosacral therapy – relaxation massage

Approach

The first treatment starts with an intake conversation to discuss the care needs and treatment goal. The techniques chosen depend on the complaints and on what is needed during the treatment.
