Happy to Be is a practice for body-oriented psychotherapy and trauma therapy in Utrecht. Sudasi Joosse works with the body, trauma and patterns from childhood.

Therapy

The therapy involves the body and mind in the therapeutic process and combines body-oriented techniques with conversations about the psychological side of the request for help.

Approach

In trauma therapy, there is time, calm and space to learn about and regulate responses using resources and trauma techniques. The practice also uses bodywork, breathwork and techniques based on polyvagal theory.
