Elevate Lifestyle is a gym in De Meern, aimed at people in Vleuten with busy lives. It offers guided group classes, professional coaching and personal guidance during the Elevate Fundament.

Approach

Each participant starts with a clear starting point based on their current situation and what is achievable. The Elevate Fundament consists of the first 90 days, with personal guidance and progress meetings on days 30, 60 and 90.
