Centrum voor Coaching en Runningtherapie offers running therapy, coaching and running training in Utrecht and the surrounding area. The guidance includes easy-paced distance runs and tailored training.

Running therapy

Easy-paced distance runs aim to improve mental and physical fitness. Guidance can take place individually or in groups and may be combined with coaching or healing.

Running training is available for intermediate and advanced runners, as well as an easy-paced group for beginners and advanced runners. The running training includes a training schedule.

Practical information

Training takes place in Utrecht, Oog in Al and at country estates near Utrecht and Bunnik. Running therapy is registered with Beroepsvereniging Runningtherapie Nederland (Dutch Running Therapy Association) and CRKBO (Dutch Central Register for Short Vocational Education).
