About Centrum te Vree

Centrum te Vree offers body-oriented psychotherapy, relationship therapy and coaching. Pim Vree also guides individual retreats, satsangs, lectures and groups.

Guidance

Alongside relationship therapy, relationship coaching and individual coaching, Pim Vree offers therapy programmes and ongoing guidance. Therapy programmes of four, six or ten sessions are available.

Retreats and group activities

The individual retreat lasts three days and takes place in a nature cottage. Satsangs, men's discussion groups, women's discussion groups, year-long training programmes and group sessions are also available.

Approach

During the retreat, Pim may work with relaxation exercises, mindfulness, nature coaching, meditation, breathwork, Qigong, family constellations, massage, tantra and craniosacral work, among other methods.

Practical information

The retreat includes full board. A separate intake session is available for therapy; payment is made by bank transfer after receipt of the invoice.
