About Theflex

Theflex is a practice for foot reflexology and acupuncture in Tilburg. The practice uses Western and Chinese reflexology and offers acupuncture treatments.

Treatments

In foot reflexology, zones on the foot are massaged. Chinese reflexology also includes meridians and acupuncture points and may involve the lower legs, knees, hands, arms and ears.

• Foot reflexology treatment
• Acupuncture
• Combination of foot reflexology treatment and acupuncture
• Moxa therapy or heat lamp
• Cupping

Approach

The first appointment begins with an intake conversation and assessment. The treatment is then chosen together based on this. At follow-up appointments, the client tracks the effects and discusses them with the therapist; if needed, the client receives advice on nutrition, supplements or exercises.

Practical information

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Loose clothing that can be rolled up above the knee is comfortable for the appointment.
