Emergency care and treatments

The clinic treats acute emergencies by appointment, including outside regular consultation hours. Non-acute pain is treated by appointment during the day or evening; the clinic refers patients to their own dentist for follow-up and regular treatments.

Opening hours

The clinic is available seven days a week. Appointments are scheduled during the day and evening; between 22:00 and 08:00 the clinic is reachable by phone only for acute emergencies.

• Monday to Saturday: appointments from 08:00 to 22:00
• Sunday: appointments from 08:00 to 20:00
• Available by phone outside these hours for acute emergencies

Who can visit

Patients with acute emergencies or pain can visit when their own dentist is unavailable or not on duty. Patients without their own dentist can also visit.

Consultation costs depend on the treatment. Payment is made on site afterwards; the invoice can be submitted to a dental insurer.
