Individual coaching focuses, among other things, on life-stage and adjustment difficulties, burnout symptoms, mild depressive symptoms, coping with grief and other life questions.

Approach

Coaching conversations begin with an introduction and a discussion of the goal. Coaching can be combined with Access Bars, BRTT, TRB, Kundalini or hypnosis; support can be short-term or longer-term.

Hypnotherapy

During a session, the therapist uses her voice to guide the client into deep relaxation. Hypnotherapy is offered as a one-to-one or online session.

PGB support

Longer-term support or assistance with psychological and/or practical matters is possible. In some cases, support can be paid for from the PGB (personal budget).
