About Centrum Bewust Bewegen

Centrum Bewust Bewegen offers movement classes at community center ’t Sant in Tilburg. The classes combine Hatha Yoga and Qi Gong and focus on relaxation. The classes are also available online.

Movement classes

The class combines more vigorous exercises from Hatha Yoga with gentle, flowing Qi Gong movements. It includes breathing, meditation and relaxation; no experience is needed.

• Warm-up and standing exercises
• Short meditation
• Seated or lying exercises
• Extended lying relaxation exercise
• After class there is an opportunity to drink tea

Approach

The exercises are adapted to what the body and mind allow. The classes focus on noticing and respecting personal limits and breathing calmly.

Energetic Chairs

Sessions with the Energetic Chairs focus on releasing old burdens and activating the self-healing capacity. They take place by appointment at Armhoefstraat 39 in Tilburg.

The movement classes take place at community center ’t Sant and are available online. Classes are held on Thursday mornings, Thursday evenings and Friday mornings.
