Terrapy is a basic mental healthcare practice for adults in the leafy Leidse Hout. The practice offers psychological treatment and diagnostics for mild to moderately severe mental health complaints, with sessions at the practice and, where appropriate, walks in nature.

About the practitioner

Tara is a BIG-registered (Dutch healthcare register) Orthopedagoog-Generalist (specialist in educational and developmental psychology). She has worked in adult mental healthcare since 2018 and has experience with diagnostics and treatment.

Practical information

An intake can usually be scheduled quickly. The current waiting time is four weeks; it is possible to discuss things by phone.
