Solid Performance Breda

About Solid Performance Breda

Solid Performance is a practice for investigating and treating recurring pain complaints. During the Pijncheck (pain check), it examines how the body moves, compensates and responds to targeted tests.

Approach

The approach focuses on addressing the cause of pain. The Pijncheck assesses the complaint and medical history, tests movement, load and muscle function, and provides advice on a suitable next step.

• Discuss the complaint and medical history
• Test movement, load, muscle function and compensation
• Apply a targeted treatment stimulus
• Advice on treatability and next steps

Pijncheck (pain check)

The Pijncheck is the first step and takes about 30 minutes. It does not replace a medical diagnosis; if there are warning signs, Solid Performance advises contacting a GP or specialist.

• Examination of the complaint and medical history
• Testing movement, load, muscle function and compensatory movements
• Discussion of the findings and possible next steps

Who it is for

• Pain that keeps returning
• Complaints that do not improve sufficiently after physiotherapy or other treatments
