Stemrichting is a holistic walking coach in Cuijk. The guidance focuses on nature coaching and sustainable lifestyle change, with attention to the connection between body and mind.

What’s offered

Stemrichting offers individual walking coaching and group walks in nature. The guidance may include mindfulness, family constellation work, creative activities and activities around a digital detox.

Approach

The coach walks alongside the client as a guide; the client remains in control. The frequency of walks is tailored to the client’s needs and capacity.

The group walks are intended for families, businesses, schools and other organisations. Programmes focus, among other things, on stress prevention, vitality, and connection with yourself, others and nature.

Practical information

An introductory meeting is free. For an introductory walk, possible reimbursement options can be discussed together. Travel costs outside the standard 40 km area and VAT are not included in the stated rates.
