About Sportschool Senshi

Sportschool Senshi is a gym in Stein for martial arts and fitness. It offers kickboxing, boxing, personal training and fitness for different ages and levels.

Classes

The gym offers kickboxing classes for young people and adults, boxing for recreational and advanced participants, and competition groups for young people and adults.

Personal training and fitness

Personal training consists of individual coaching by a trainer, with a personal exercise and training plan. Senshi-Fitness offers independent training or training with professional guidance.

Approach

The classes focus on technique, motor skills, discipline and respect. The adult group covers areas including fitness, coordination, flexibility and strength.

Practical information

The fitness room is open on set days and at set times. Visitors are welcome to drop in without obligation or get in touch via the contact form. The notice period is one month.

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 09:00–12:00 and 16:00–21:00
• Thursday: 16:00–21:00
• Saturday and Sunday: closed
