About Kinderyoga Opmeer

Kinderyoga Opmeer provides children’s and teens’ yoga classes at Studio Yogavisie in Spanbroek. The classes combine movement, breathing, feeling, quiet moments and creative activities.

Classes

There are three groups for children and young people aged 6 to 16 inclusive. Classes take place on Wednesdays and Thursdays and last 60 or 75 minutes.

• Children’s yoga for ages 6 to 10 inclusive
• Children’s yoga for ages 9 to 12 inclusive
• Teens’ yoga for ages 12 to 16 inclusive

In class

Classes use changing themes and exercises focused on movement, feeling and breathing. They also include quiet moments, massages and creative activities.

Practical information

Classes are in small groups of up to eight participants. Parents can wait in the hall during class.

About Monique

Monique teaches the classes in Spanbroek and Opmeer. She completed children’s yoga training in 2012.

Registration and arrangements

A trial class is free. You can register using the form or by sending a message; registration for a single class is requested at least one week in advance.

• You can stop a block of classes in writing up to two weeks before it ends
• As a rule, there are no classes during school holidays
• If the teacher cancels, the class is not charged
