About Veerkracht voor je kind

Veerkracht voor je kind is een coaching practice in Soest. Its support includes coaching and training for children and parents, including Rots en Water (Resilience and Water).

Training for children

The Rots en Water group classes are for children aged 6 to 10. The training uses sport and games to practise self-confidence, focus and setting boundaries, among other things.

Parent and child training

During the parent and child training, parent and child work together to identify learning goals. The training includes exercises in standing firm, self-control, self-confidence and focus.

The services include individual coaching for parents and various methods for adults. Veerkracht voor je kind offers De Grote Schoonmaak, De Reis naar Binnen and Beter in Balans, among other things.

Practical information

The group classes take place in a studio in Soest and, weather permitting, in the Soesterduinen. The group has a maximum of six people; the group for ages 6–8 starts with at least four participants.
