Psychotherapy and support

In therapy, the client and therapist explore what is going well and less well, what strengths the client has and what they want. The support focuses on regaining balance and reducing psychological complaints and problems.

Approach

Therapy begins with one or two intake sessions and the preparation of a treatment plan. Therapy and regular reviews follow, with a final review when treatment ends.

Therapeutic approach
