About Voedingscoach Leef je Lief

Leef je Lief is the practice of nutrition coach Mariëlle Pantus in Sittard. She guides people through the PS. food & lifestyle programme towards a healthy weight and a new lifestyle.

Guidance

Mariëlle helps clients set personal goals and guides, advises and motivates them throughout the process. The guidance focuses on an eating pattern that fits into everyday life.

PS. food & lifestyle

The programme consists of three phases. Common foods are partly replaced with PS. food & lifestyle products, supplemented with vegetables, meat and/or fish.

• Phase 1: strict phase
• Phase 2: gradually adding more carbohydrates
• Phase 3: stabilisation

Consultations

A no-obligation advice meeting is available. Those who take part have weekly consultations, later moving to every two or three weeks.

About Mariëlle

Mariëlle completed a course in food preparation techniques and worked in corporate catering for 17 years, including as a site manager.
