Op pad met Alemke | Ademwerk en Persoonlijke groei

About Op pad met Alemke | Ademwerk en Persoonlijke groei

Op pad met Alemke supports people with breathwork and personal growth. Alemke works with connected breathwork, craniosacral therapy and practical tips.

Breathwork

Individual breathing sessions focus on greater connection with yourself and room to make choices. Alemke also leads breathing circles and retreats.

• 1:1 breathing session
• Breathing circle
• Retreat

Group course

The course Naar binnen, naar buiten explores what participants want and how they can express it. The course consists of four mornings with breathing sessions, meditation and body-based exercises.

• Group course | inwards, outwards

Approach

Through meditation, breathing sessions and exercises to do at home, Alemke works with patterns and beliefs. A free phone call is intended to see together whether there is a connection and whether the question is suited to a breathwork or craniosacral session.
