Who it is for

The coaching is aimed at people aged 28 to 42 who identify with issues around work, mental and physical complaints, relationships, or choices.

Coaching programme

In a 1:1 coaching programme, clients explore who they are, what matters to them, and which beliefs hold them back. The programme consists of 1 to 10 sessions of 75 minutes, with support between sessions via WhatsApp and email.

Approach

Support starts with a free 30-minute introductory meeting. This is followed by a 75-minute intake, the programme, and an evaluation during the final session.

• Free introductory meeting: your story, insight into what is making you feel stuck, and discussing whether there is a good fit
• Intake session: overall picture and step-by-step plan
• Programme: personal goals, techniques, and exercises
• Evaluation and completion: looking back on insights, tools, and action points
