Jouw Leefstijl is a nutrition and exercise practice with consultation hours in Ruurlo. The dietitian supports clients with nutrition questions, lifestyle and medical diet questions, with appointments at the practice, at home or online.

Nutrition advice and dietary support

The practice provides practical nutrition advice and personal dietary support for a range of complaints and goals.

Approach

After a brief introductory phone call, an intake appointment follows. The dietitian then prepares a personal treatment plan, and advice is reviewed during follow-up appointments.
