Fighting Talents provides care and sports guidance to young people in the Den Bosch area through FT Zorg. The services include individual support, with sport used to promote physical, mental and social growth.

FT Zorg provides individual support and workshops. Sports activities are part of the support.

One-to-one support

The support is tailored to the young person’s needs and goals. Topics may include self-confidence, emotions, daily structure, boundaries and personal challenges.

• Support with personal challenges

Who it is for

The support is intended for young people in the Den Bosch area. FT Zorg provides support through different forms of care and eligibility assessments.

• Young people with a Persoonsgebonden Budget (PGB) (personal budget)
• Young people with an indication under the Wet Langdurige Zorg (WLZ) (Long-Term Care Act)
• Young people using Zorg in Natura (HIN/ZIN) (care in kind) through their municipality in the Den Bosch region

How it works

Sport is part of the support and is used to improve perseverance, release tension and build a healthy lifestyle. The support is tailored to the individual and there is no waiting time.
