Approach

The osteopath first examines the problem and then draws up a tailored treatment plan. The approach aims to relieve pain and make movement easier; if there is no clear improvement after three treatments, a different strategy is proposed.

Practical information

An initial consultation for adults lasts 60 minutes and a follow-up consultation lasts 45 minutes. Separate consultations are available for children aged 5 to 14. No referral from a GP is needed; appointments can be booked online.
