About Box to Grow

Box to Grow offers boxing coaching for young people and adults in ’s-Gravenzande. The sessions combine boxing and movement with coaching and reflection on topics including emotions, stress and self-confidence.

Boxing coaching

Boxing and martial arts techniques are used as a comparison to achieve personal goals. Through movement and coaching, participants learn to recognise primary reactions and adopt new behaviour.

For young people and adults

The coaching focuses on topics including self-confidence, dealing with anger, stress, emotional regulation and balance. Individual and duo sessions are available; after the introductory session, programs of four or six sessions are possible.

Location and approach

The sessions take place on Wednesday evenings at Fysio + Zo in ’s-Gravenzande. The first session is an introduction in which participants experience what boxing coaching can mean for them.
